With a relationship‑driven, people‑centered approach, Jessa Piotrowski has helped transform how her company engages employees in marketing across the organization. By focusing on education, personalized outreach, and meaningful storytelling, Jessa built a scalable engagement model that strengthened company culture and improved marketing performance.

In this session, Jessa will share a practical, transparent look at how employee engagement can fuel social media success in the A/E/C industry — and the specific strategies any firm can use to activate its people, increase visibility, and build a more connected workplace.

Presenter Bio: 

Jessa Piotrowski is a marketing professional specializing in integrated marketing, social media management, and content creation. A Grand Valley State University alum in Advertising & Public Relations, she grew from intern to Marketing Associate at Commonwealth Associates, Inc., where she collaborates across teams to elevate visibility and deliver cohesive campaigns across digital, print, and in‑person channels. Jessa champions employee‑driven social engagement—developing strategies that empower colleagues to share their stories, amplify reach, and strengthen Commonwealth’s online presence with authentic, people‑focused content. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and the outdoors—camping, beach days, hiking, and boating—with her fiancé and golden retriever, and is active in a local community leadership program.
